Compensation
SIAA Members will receive standard retail commission on most lines of coverage based on state market conditions. All premium qualifies for PMSF.

Business is placed with A rated carriers as determined by the risk characteristics using Seacoast Brokers' online production system. Their web system provides immediate quotes, policy issuance, and online payment. Once an application is accepted and confirmed by your agency, you receive immediate binder confirmation. Renewals are direct billed. Seacoast Brokers likes most standard resort, secondary or rental properties including condo unit-owners, high value properties, vacant properties, dwelling under construction or renovation, PC 1 - 10 and log homes. Named Insureds may be individuals, partnerships, LLC’s or corporations.
