Both Hartford and Guard have been offering WC payroll billing for several years and the service is available with many agent-friendly payroll providers nationwide. SIAA partners with regional independent payroll processing firms with the capability to offer payroll billed workers compensation insurance. The payroll firms have this capability with Hartford, Guard Insurance Group, and several self insurance trusts. SIAA member agencies receive retail commission on payroll revenues, and may be eligible for PMSF opportunities.
